Douglas Skinner MD

Douglas Skinner, MD, is a graduate of Dartmouth College, the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, 1977, and received his training in the McKeesport Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program from 1977-1980. A seasoned clinician, Dr. Skinner brings to us his experience as a former Peace Corps volunteer in Latin America. Dr. Skinner precepts in the Family Practice Center as well as instruct our residents in the in-patient setting
