Allison Vogl MD AAHIVS

Allison Vogl is originally from Pittsburgh PA. She completed her undergraduate education in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Michigan (GO BLUE)! She attended medical school at Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine in Philadelphia.  After medical school, she returned home to Pittsburgh to complete her Family Medicine Residency at UPMC St. Margaret, where she also completed the HIV Primary Care Track. 

After graduating from residency Dr. Vogl worked at Federally Qualified Health Center in North Philadelphia. Dr. Vogl joined McKeesport Family Medicine Residency as core faculty in the summer of 2021. She also serves as the Assistant Director of the HIV Primary Care Track for McKeesport, Shadyside, and St Margaret Family Medicine residencies. Her interests include HIV care, Women’s health, Addiction Medicine, and Inpatient Medicine.  

In Dr. Vogl’s free time, she loves spending time with her dog Penny, learning Spanish, and being outdoors.
